For distributors and wholesalers

Take the order once. The ledger and the report write themselves.

Your verified pharmacies order from a gated catalogue instead of your inbox, so nobody re-keys a line. You split small batches across them before the courier is booked. The batch, the prescription pathway and the pharmacy are on every order line as it comes in, so your Schedule 8 ledger and your six-monthly report to the regulator are already written by the time you need them.

What the supply desk does

  1. Share out before it ships

Divide a limited batch between the pharmacies that ordered it, by rule or by hand, and let each of them see its own number. No first-come scramble and no phone calls asking.

    12 → Newtown6 → Ballarat
    FIG. 1 · share-out · batch 0426-A
  2. The six-monthly report in one export

Every supply to a dispensary is already a line with its batch and pathway. The report to the regulator is a button.

    1,284 supply lines→ the regulator
    FIG. 2 · six-monthly supply report
  3. A ledger that matches the dispensaries'

What you sent and what they received are the same record, so reconciling with a customer stops being a phone call.

in · out · balancesame page, both desks
    FIG. 3 · schedule 8 register
  4. Lab test travels with the batch

The grower attaches the test and the expiry once. You never re-key it, and every dispensary you supply sees the same document.

one unit of 24test on the label
FIG. 4 · unit · lab test attached
  5. A waitlist you can see

Dispensaries that missed a drop stay queued against the product, with the date they asked. When the next batch arrives the queue is in front of you as you share it out, so nobody is forgotten and nobody has to ring.

  6. Legal ownership, correctly

The record shows the supplier holding title until supply, as the rules require of a sponsor, and shows the moment it passes.

Questions people ask

If yours is not here, bring it to the demo with one of your own.

Ask us on a demo

What happens to the stock and the ledger we already have?

We load your opening balances, batches, pharmacy accounts and current Schedule 8 positions before you take a single order in it. Your first report out of Cultivar covers the whole period, including the months before you switched. You retype nothing.

Will our pharmacies actually use it?

They order in a browser. No install, no training day. In return they get two things they do not have today: the live status of their order, and their number on a small batch, without ringing you for either. A pharmacy that would rather email still can, and we key that order into the same record for you.

We already list on a marketplace. Do we need this?

Cultivar is not a marketplace and does not compete with one. It is your own desk for your own customers, and the record that goes with it. Many distributors will run both.

How long before we are actually running on it?

That depends on how much history comes across and how many pharmacy accounts there are, and we would rather size it in front of you than print a number here. Bring one real batch to the demo and we will walk the load with you.

Which regulator report does it produce?

The six-monthly supply report the Therapeutic Goods Administration requires from suppliers of medicinal cannabis, built from your supply lines. We will walk through the exact format on the demo.

Does the grower need to be on Cultivar?

It helps, because then the batch and lab test arrive already attached. If they are not, you enter the batch once and it flows to every dispensary from there.

How is pricing worked out?

Per organisation, sized to its role, so you are not priced like a national wholesaler if you are a regional one. Your pharmacies are not charged to order from you, and patients never pay for the portal.
